Task 2: Coverlines



1) The anchorage text for my front cover will be the name of an artist in big text and the colour will be contrasting to the rest of the colours to make it appear colour full and easier to read which also makes it stand out and then beneath it will say something like and exclusive interview with the artist.

Task 4: Statement of Intent

I plan to use a typography which I selected from dafont.com which fits the conventions of the pop genre. the masthead will be written in a large font which will be memorable and will help the audience identify the brand and what genre it is for, which appeals to young audiences who are into pop. I will use a lot of images covering the page to further make it appealing to the target audience. I will also use a informal mode of address for the young target audience. The target audience for my magazine are 14-18 year old off both genders, I want to represent the artists as very happy and energetic.
